Graphic Designer

About the role

Timak Defence, a defence-sector company focused on reliable, high-quality solutions and services, is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to work on-site in Tirana. The designer creates visual assets supporting the company's branding, marketing and communication needs, working closely with marketing, product and leadership teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics for digital and print materials
• Develop logos and visual identities
• Produce layouts that follow brand guidelines
• Refine typography choices and prepare files for production
• Ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints

Required profile

• Strong graphic design skills for digital and print media
• Logo design and branding skills
• Typography skills for clear, readable layouts
• Experience in corporate or technical environments; defense or industrial experience is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Tirana, collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage several projects and deadlines
• Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field preferred

Required skills

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, or equivalent industry-standard tools
• A strong portfolio showing visual problem-solving, attention to detail and consistent design quality
