About the role

I & A International, a leading luxury retailer in Albania, is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to join its fast‑paced marketing team. The role focuses on producing high‑quality visual assets that reflect the identity of premium brands.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced photo editing, including colour correction, background removal, object manipulation, complex compositions and effects.
• Ensure all edited images follow brand guidelines and company aesthetic standards.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to understand visual needs and deliver creative solutions.
• Optimize images for web, print and social media while maintaining maximum quality.
• Manage a high volume of work and meet tight deadlines.
• Explore new techniques and tools to continuously improve photo‑editing quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on photo editing.
• University degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
