Full-Stack Developer - AI-Enabled Development

About the role

This role combines full-stack development with AI-assisted development. You will design, build, test and maintain scalable applications, using Java and Spring for the backend and Angular or React for the frontend, while applying AI tools throughout the software lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable applications with Java & Spring for backend services and Angular/React for frontend.
• Build business services and integrate them with frontend apps and other enterprise systems.
• Deploy and run applications in the cloud with cloud-native architectures and services.
• Use AI-assisted development across analysis, design, coding, testing, code review, documentation and troubleshooting.
• Explore and implement agentic AI workflows that support or automate engineering tasks.
• Critically evaluate AI-generated code for quality, security, maintainability, performance and compliance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise applications.

Required profile

• Proven professional software development experience, able to design, develop, test and deliver production-ready software independently.
• Experience in an Agile product development environment.
• Good understanding of application security principles and practices.
• Business English.

Required skills

• Strong backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Frontend experience with Angular and/or React using TypeScript.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development; AWS experience is a plus.
• Docker and CI/CD, and familiarity with container orchestration.
• Automated testing and modern engineering quality practices.
