Finance Specialist – Remote EU

About the role

Foxelli Group is seeking a Finance Specialist to support its fast‑growing D2C e‑commerce portfolio. The position is fully remote within the EU and offers the chance to work alongside a multicultural team spread across 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Inventory Manager, HR Manager and CCO on bill payments, payroll processing and financial record keeping.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation in line with company policies.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Support cross‑functional projects through data entry, spreadsheet updates and database maintenance.
• Draft, format and proofread documents, reports and agreements with precision.
• Gain hands‑on experience in budgeting, cost management and audit preparation.

Required profile

• A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in finance or bookkeeping with a track record of ownership.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Self‑driven, adaptable and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
