Finance Manager

About the role

String Albania is seeking a Finance Manager to lead all financial operations for the company’s Odoo implementation projects. Based in Tirana, this full‑time, on‑site position will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and delivering accurate financial statements to support strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting and financial reporting for the organisation.
• Manage cash flow, monitor costs and support pricing decisions across Odoo projects.
• Coordinate with project teams to track revenue and expenses related to implementations.
• Ensure compliance with Albanian tax regulations and maintain internal controls.
• Collaborate with external auditors and financial institutions as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CMA) a plus.
• Strong experience in financial management, budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow analysis.
• Proven ability to improve processes and optimise financial workflows.
• Fluent in Albanian with good command of English.

Required skills

• Odoo ERP (experience highly preferred).
• Microsoft Excel (advanced).
