Finance Specialist

About the role

Zero, the first official Odoo Partner in the Balkans, is expanding its internal team and seeks a Finance Specialist to support daily financial operations and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily accounting and financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, cost analysis, and track expenses, revenues, and financial KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation and support budgeting and internal controls.
• Collaborate with management to improve internal financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Informatics.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting software such as Odoo, Navision, or Financa5.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of taxes, invoicing, reconciliation, or financial reporting.
• Interest in ERP systems and financial automation.
