Finance & Cash Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Cash Management Specialist to oversee the daily financial operations of our showroom. The role combines financial responsibilities with cash administration and direct client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control daily financial activities of the showroom.
• Administer cash handling, ensuring accuracy of cash and payments.
• Issue, verify and manage sales invoices.
• Control purchase invoices and related financial documentation.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of cash, bank statements, invoices and customer payments.
• Monitor receivable accounts and liabilities according to company procedures.
• Calculate and control costs of imported goods.
• Oversee import financial documentation, transport and customs paperwork.
• Track product costs and associated documentation.
• Identify and report discrepancies or inaccuracies in invoicing, payments or documentation.
• Collaborate with sales, warehouse, purchasing and project teams to reconcile processes.
• Support management with data analysis and financial reporting as needed.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance, operational accounting or similar roles.
• Practical experience with invoicing, VAT, cost management, reconciliations and cash handling.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and fiscal documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with the Financa 5 financial software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High accuracy, attention to detail and integrity in handling monetary information.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple parallel processes.
• Professional communication skills and client‑oriented attitude.
