Finance and Accounting Specialist

About the role

Credins Invest is hiring a specialist for its Finance and Accounting Directorate. The specialist enters financial data into the fund's systems according to the documentation, carries out reconciliations and prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports, including the first draft of the annual report under SNRF for the AMF, tax authorities and management.

Key responsibilities

• Register company transactions in the Financa 5 system and prepare purchase and sales books and declarations
• Prepare the first draft of financial statements and statistical reports for the AMF, tax authorities and others
• Reconcile with suppliers and enter all fund transactions in the relevant system
• Check client data entry, approve or cancel new client contracts entered by agents, and reconcile daily data with the deposit bank
• Review incoming and outgoing transactions against share purchase/sale applications, calculate withdrawals and initiate payments
• Reconcile contribution lists with the relevant subjects and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on inflows and outflows by sales agents, including commissions
• Prepare statistical and financial reports and other tasks assigned by management

Required profile

• University degree in Finance or Accounting; a master's degree in the same field is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in finance, mainly in financial institutions
• Good communication, analytical and computer skills, good English and multitasking ability

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Financa 5 program and fiscalization process
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of accounting
