Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Credins Invest, a fund administration company, is looking for a Client Relationship Manager. The role is responsible for building, developing and managing relationships with fund clients, identifying their needs through the company's products and services, and coordinating with colleagues and agents so that client needs are met on time and to a high standard. It also helps grow existing and potential client relationships, create new sales opportunities and improve the company's market image.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for clients, building long-term, reliable relationships
• Represent the institution with investors, agent staff and other interested parties, explaining products, features and advantages
• Promote the company's products to interest groups to attract new clients and raise awareness
• Develop and follow the sales process to expand the client base and deliver optimal service
• Manage communication with current and potential clients, monitor and improve portfolio performance, and handle client requests promptly
• Support and coordinate the company's work with fund agents and third parties

Required profile

• University degree in Economics; a Master's in Marketing is preferred
• More than 5 years of experience in client relationships
• Banking and/or financial institution experience is an advantage

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Very good English
• Able to manage several tasks at once while meeting deadlines
