About the role
We are looking for a motivated female Sales Agent to join our real‑estate agency in Tirana. The position is full‑time, office‑based, and focuses on assisting clients with buying, selling, or renting properties.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs.
- Publish and manage property listings.
- Accompany clients on property viewings.
- Support the sales or rental process from inquiry to contract.
Required profile
- Female candidate with strong communication skills.
- Serious, reliable, and eager to learn about real‑estate transactions.
- Desire to work in a professional environment.
- Experience in sales or rentals is preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
