About the role

The Enterprise Sales Director will lead the enterprise sales function, develop new business opportunities and manage strategic client relationships for ITD, a distributor of international IT brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
• Lead, organise and develop the sales team, set objectives and monitor performance.
• Identify new business opportunities, expand the client portfolio and build long‑term relationships with strategic customers and partners.
• Oversee the offer, negotiation and contracting processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with product teams and other units to design technology solutions that meet client needs.
• Analyse market trends and competition, plan sales activities and strengthen the company’s market position.
• Report regularly to senior management on performance, objectives and business developments.
• Work with ITD Group structures on strategic initiatives and regional business opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience, preferably in IT (servers, storage, security solutions).
• Proven experience leading and developing sales teams.
• Strong leadership, planning, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects, work closely with presales and generate new business opportunities.
