Document Integrity Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Document Integrity Specialist to join the Underwriting team at Revenued Albania. In this position you will verify merchants’ banking information, review contract documents and ensure data accuracy while identifying potential fraud.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, banking statements and supporting records for accuracy, completeness and legibility.
• Verify business ownership, organizational details and authorized signatories using public records, LexisNexis and U.S. federal court databases.
• Validate contract data to confirm correct legal entities and required documentation.
• Conduct due‑diligence checks to detect fraud, misrepresentations or risk indicators.
• Screen businesses against sanctions, watchlists and compliance databases, escalating any matches.
• Summarize findings and provide underwriters with concise, relevant information for funding decisions.
• Index and store contracts and related documents in designated deal folders and databases.

Required profile

• C1 level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in document verification, due‑diligence or related fields.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Experience as an attorney or mortgage processor is a plus.
