Digital Content Creator

About the role

Avantgard is looking for a creative, marketing-oriented Digital Content Creator to join its team in Tirana. The role covers creating content for social networks as well as developing and managing marketing ideas and concepts, turning each idea into creative content suited to every brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative ideas for posts, Reels, Stories, videos, campaigns and marketing activations
• Create and edit visual content for social media
• Propose and develop new marketing concepts for products, launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns
• Plan and manage content from idea to publication
• Follow current social media trends and formats
• Work with the sales and marketing teams to create a unified communication for each brand

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation
• Creative ability and good sense of visuals
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage several projects at once
• Good command of English is an advantage

Required skills

• Photo and video editing for social media
• Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or similar tools
