Brand Manager

About the role

Dimal is looking for a Brand Manager, responsible for managing, developing and positioning the brand in the market so that its products have a consistent, competitive and distinctive image. The role covers brand strategy, sales performance, market analysis, promotional activities and coordination with suppliers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain deep knowledge of the company's products, production processes and their market positioning.
• Keep the brand's presentation and image aligned with the company's overall strategy.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and trading partners by product category.
• Monitor product information, prices and competitor activity and adjust trade policies accordingly.
• Track sales performance, analyse trends and intervene early to avoid problems in sales or distribution.
• Analyse product performance by category and propose improvements.
• Select and prepare products for promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Sales and Production to ensure availability, quality and market fit.
• Supervise promotion, packaging and visual communication activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the brand action plan and report to managers.
• Take part in organising promotions, tastings and trade events and raise brand awareness among local customers.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions; FMCG industry experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the market, sales dynamics and competition.
• Good negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Organised, time-managed and results-oriented.
