Digital Banking Onboarding Officer (Band 4T)

About the role

Tirana Bank, a privately owned Albanian bank founded in 1996, is looking for a Digital Banking Onboarding Officer (Band 4T) to report to the Team Leader of the Digital Unit, Electronic Channels Department. The officer handles end-to-end onboarding, maintenance and support of Business Digital Banking customers, including accurate customer setup, user access management, compliance with onboarding procedures and migration to new digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard Business Banking customers in digital platforms, configure profiles, users, roles and transaction authorisation rights, and verify onboarding documentation from branches.
• Maintain customer setups, handle access changes, account linking/unlinking and profile updates, and investigate onboarding and access issues.
• Keep onboarding records and audit evidence in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure onboarding complies with policies, perform quality checks on setups and access rights, and support audit, compliance and risk reviews.
• Take part in migration projects from legacy to new platforms, including validation and post-migration issue resolution.

Required profile

• University or master's degree in Economics or Business Informatics.
• At least 3 years of experience in banking operations, electronic banking, customer onboarding, digital banking or related fields.
• Experience with Business Banking products and digital channels is an advantage.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital banking products and services, and of onboarding and access management processes.
• Basic understanding of information security and access control principles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills, problem-solving and teamwork.
