Customer Service Advisor (Italian/English) for Airbnb

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our Tirana team and provide support for Airbnb guests in Italian and English. You will handle inbound and occasional outbound contacts through phone, chat or email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Make occasional outbound calls to follow‑up on cases and confirm resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and document all interactions.
• Report new issues and collaborate with team leaders to improve overall service quality.
• Uphold a professional demeanor and build positive relationships with callers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer focus, empathy and attention to detail.
• Ability to type at least 30 WPM and work efficiently under pressure.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center or customer‑facing role is preferred.
• Team‑oriented mindset with good problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
