Customer Relations Assistant (European Clients)

About the role

SAM, a clothing manufacturer founded in 1993 and based in Tirana, produces customised sportswear mainly for the European market using digital sublimation printing. It operates Monday to Friday, 07:00-15:30, and is looking for a customer relations assistant to support communication with clients and order management, as well as the administrative processes linked to production and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customers' orders electronically and enter them into the company's internal electronic system
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers about their orders
• Prepare packing lists and other documents such as letters, addresses and barcodes needed for production and sales
• Follow up on online sales orders through all necessary steps
• Welcome visitors to the company premises with professionalism

Required profile

• University degree
• Good knowledge of computer programs: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams, and good use of the internet
• Good written and spoken English; Italian is an advantage
• Good communication and organisational skills, responsibility and accuracy
