Cloud Support Engineer – Digital Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer to operate SICPA’s Digital Solutions and the underlying cloud infrastructure. You will ensure the platform runs smoothly, handle incidents, and support continuous improvement of our services.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, upgrade, and manage cloud resources to guarantee business continuity.
• Perform configuration changes, deploy new releases, and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Handle incidents and service requests escalated from L1 support, update tickets, and perform technical troubleshooting.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis, document findings, and drive corrective actions.
• Escalate complex issues to L3 support when necessary.
• Maintain and enrich the knowledge base and process documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, ITIL) are a plus.
• Experience with cloud‑based application deployment, solution administration, and customer support.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
