Change Manager – Technology Adoption

About the role

Deloitte’s Regional Information Technology team is expanding its Organizational Change Management function across Central Europe. The Change Manager will work with project managers, analysts and business leaders to help people adopt new technology tools and ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute change plans based on impact assessments, stakeholder needs and organisational readiness.
• Build and maintain networks of change agents, sponsors and technology enthusiasts across the region.
• Collaborate with project teams to create training materials, communication assets and knowledge resources.
• Facilitate champion sessions, training workshops, sponsor meetings and leadership presentations.
• Define and monitor readiness and adoption metrics, using feedback to refine the approach.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in organizational change management, technology adoption or transformation.
• Creative mindset with the ability to engage and build trust with diverse audiences.
• Strong empathy for users and excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and convey a shared vision.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
• Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for analysis and content creation.
