Business Analyst – Finance Profile (ERP Odoo)

About the role

LEA Business Consulting is seeking a motivated Business Analyst with a finance background to become an Odoo ERP expert. You will guide clients through analysis, consultancy, implementation and training, helping them leverage Odoo Business Apps to improve their financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in using Odoo Business Apps.
• Investigate and resolve functional problems.
• Collaborate with Project Leaders on implementation projects.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation projects, from configuration to go‑live.
• Configure workflows and perform data imports.
• Train clients on Odoo applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration or Business Informatics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant or Finance Specialist.
• Strong written and spoken Albanian and English.
• Familiarity with other ERP or accounting software is a plus.
• Good understanding of business processes.
