Brand Manager

About the role

HR Studio is seeking a creative and strategic Brand Manager to join a client’s marketing team. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s market presence, driving campaigns, and supporting new product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand strategies that enhance market positioning.
• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Ensure brand consistency in all communications and promotional materials.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to achieve business objectives.
• Manage product launches and support new business initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports with recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking, project management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Italian is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing and branding principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
