Branch Manager – Vlore

About the role

Tirana Bank is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Vlore branch. Reporting to the District Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring high‑quality customer service, and managing a team of banking professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to meet branch business objectives and key performance indicators.
• Apply sales management processes and SFE techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Continuously improve customer service quality and ensure an optimal customer experience.
• Maintain branch appearance in line with corporate standards.
• Perform AML/CFT officer duties at branch level and support the compliance department.
• Ensure compliance with data‑protection policies through awareness‑raising, monitoring, and advisory activities.
• Conduct impact assessments on data‑protection matters within the branch.

Required profile

• Strong analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and focus on detail.
• Proven experience in managing a banking or financial services branch.
• Ability to develop staff, drive business development, and achieve quantitative and qualitative targets.
• Excellent understanding of AML/CFT regulations and data‑protection requirements.
