About the role
Kineton Albania is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Automotive sector in Tirana. The position is part of the Kineton Academy, an on‑the‑job training program that introduces you to the V‑Cycle development process used in the automotive industry.
Key responsibilities
- Perform verification and validation activities to ensure software complies with regulatory standards.
- Conduct Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop (HIL) testing using configurable I/O interfaces and realistic vehicle models.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle technical issues, analysing diagnostic data and supporting fault resolution across ECUs.
Required profile
- Knowledge of electrical engineering, digital and analog electronics.
- Understanding of electrical machines and automatic controls.
- Proficiency in MATLAB, Simulink, C/C++ and Python.
- Good command of the Italian language.
