Attorney – Legal Counsel (Tirana)

About the role

Daci and Associates SH.P.K. is seeking a qualified Attorney to join its Tirana office on a full‑time basis. The successful candidate will provide high‑quality legal advice, draft and review contracts, and support litigation and advisory matters, with a focus on labor and employment law.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on legal rights, obligations, and risk mitigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and opinions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and assist in litigation preparation.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex cases and stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Valid licence to practise law in the Republic of Albania.
• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law with a GPA of 8.0 or higher.
• 4–6 years of relevant legal practice experience.
• Fluent written and spoken Albanian and strong English proficiency (C1 level or equivalent).
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Willingness to travel within Albania or abroad as needed.
