Associate Relationship Manager, Corporate & SME Division

About the role

Tirana Bank, a privately owned Albanian bank founded in 1996, is looking for an Associate Relationship Manager (Band 3T) for its Corporate and SME Division. The post reports directly to the Relationship Manager and supports them in their daily activities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow the Relationship Manager's agenda and support them in monitoring the loan portfolio: financing type, amounts, renewal and review dates, collateral revaluation and insurance renewals.
• Prepare the full documentation package for new small-ticket corporate cases and the credit risk package.
• Collect client documentation for account opening and financing, coordinate with Legal and the branch, and check on accounts with delayed repayment.
• Gather documents needed for contracts and fund disbursement, and coordinate with the external appraisal studio and insurance unit on collateral and insurance.
• Prepare reports for the Relationship Managers, apply the bank's credit policy to corporate clients and take part in client meetings.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration.
• Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory).
• Analytical ability, problem-solving orientation and quick adaptation to a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, willingness to work under pressure and a flexible, team-working spirit.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of P/C (Excel, MS Word) (mandatory)
