Assistant Project Manager (Localization & Product Support)

About the role

VVC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the product management team in delivering high‑quality, multilingual solutions. You will work closely with design, development, and sales teams to ensure features are clearly defined, accurately localized, and smoothly implemented.

Key responsibilities

• Manage text localization keys using VVC’s “localise” tool, guaranteeing consistency across language versions.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to explore solution concepts and translate requirements into concise acceptance criteria.
• Partner with developers to refine acceptance criteria, ensuring shared understanding and successful implementation.
• Facilitate communication between product management, design, development, and sales to keep all stakeholders aligned.
• Create and maintain product documentation, user stories, and related materials for easy access and up‑to‑date information.
• Identify and propose workflow improvements to increase efficiency within the product development process.
