About the role

Agikons sh.p.k, a well‑established construction company, is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support its sales team. The role focuses on assisting the sales process of construction units, promoting optional products and services, and ensuring a smooth client handover after contract signing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team that assists the unit sales process (without being directly responsible for property sales).
• Drive sales of optional products and services, setting clear objectives for service quality, process accuracy, and performance.
• Train the team on optional product features, costs, technical limits of changes, and effective client communication and negotiation.
• Support sales managers during new client meetings, project presentations, standard option explanations, and documentation preparation up to contract closure.
• Ensure a structured handover of clients from the Sales Manager to the assistant after contract signing.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or real‑estate sales.
• Experience in after‑sales, upselling/cross‑selling, and multi‑project coordination.
• Good knowledge of technical and contractual processes in construction.
