About the role

OZZO is transforming the way HORECA businesses serve their customers by offering a modern, practical, and highly efficient digital menu solution. The company is looking for energetic field sales agents to expand the OZZO service to more bars, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other HORECA establishments.

Key responsibilities

• Visit HORECA venues on the field and initiate contact with owners and managers.
• Present OZZO’s digital menu platform and explain its benefits.
• Identify business needs and propose the most suitable solution.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision‑makers.
• Negotiate cooperation terms and arrange the implementation of OZZO’s service.
• Monitor the onboarding process until the service is fully activated.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Willingness to work on the field and create new contacts.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in the HORECA sector is also a plus.
