Sales Representative – Pharmaceutical Sector

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑oriented Sales Representative to promote pharmaceutical products, develop client relationships and achieve sales targets across Albania.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and present the company’s products to existing and potential clients.
• Conduct regular field visits to clients and prospects in Tirana and other regions.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify new clients, business opportunities, and potential market developments.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and commercial objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Prepare regular reports covering client visits, sales activities, progress, results, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with the internal team to support sales growth and market development.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics or related field.
• Previous experience in sales, business development or a client‑facing position.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Commercial mindset and results‑oriented approach.
• Very good command of English, written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Albania.
• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
