Account & Production Coordinator

About the role

Oz Productions is looking for an energetic, proactive and highly motivated team player to join its creative production team. The company works across TV commercials, branded content, films and events, and wants someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative and keeps projects moving forward.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily communication and follow-ups with clients, agencies, suppliers and production teams.
• Coordinate ongoing projects, schedules, deadlines and deliverables.
• Prepare and update production budgets, quotations and cost-tracking reports.
• Create professional presentations, proposals, moodboards and production decks.
• Organize meetings, take notes and follow up on action points.
• Coordinate crews, talent, locations, equipment and production logistics, supporting productions in the office and on set.
• Keep project files, documents and workflows organized, anticipate challenges, suggest solutions and collaborate with producers, directors and creative teams.

Required profile

• Previous experience in advertising, production, events or project coordination is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication and multitasking skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Energetic, positive and solution-oriented, with strong team spirit.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and meet deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt and grow professionally.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Excel for budgets, quotations, cost tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva for presentations, proposals and moodboards.
• Knowledge of Keynote and Google Slides is a plus.
