Account Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Lango is seeking a motivated Account Manager to drive revenue growth and nurture client relationships within the healthcare sector. You will work directly with key hospital, clinic, and behavioral health clients, ensuring they receive optimal language‑access solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through upsell and cross‑sell opportunities in existing healthcare accounts.
• Manage account pipelines, produce accurate forecasts, and deliver insights to business‑unit leadership.
• Build long‑term client relationships, understand their needs, and align Lango’s solutions accordingly.
• Lead data‑driven Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain high‑quality CRM records in HubSpot, documenting all client interactions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Customer Care, Business Development, and Marketing teams to enhance client satisfaction and meet business objectives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and translate market insights into tailored solutions.
• Provide regular reports on account performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with proven experience in account management or sales.
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenue and manage client relationships, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for leading QBRs.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
