Account Manager – Client Relations & Project Coordination

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Account Manager to act as the main liaison between our clients and internal creative teams. The role involves building strong client relationships, coordinating multiple projects and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with assigned clients.
• Build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Coordinate projects across clients, internal departments and external collaborators.
• Translate client needs into clear briefs and actionable tasks.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, feedback and approvals.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet agreed standards.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, meeting notes and project reports.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Stay informed about client industries, market trends and communication developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, client services or project coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good understanding of branding, marketing, communication and campaign execution.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Attention to detail and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in a creative agency or fast‑paced environment is a plus.
