Treasury Manager

About the role

The Treasury Manager will lead BALFIN Group’s treasury function, shaping strategy, optimizing liquidity and overseeing risk. Reporting to the CFO, the role ensures cash, financing and investment policies align with the Group’s objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage treasury strategies, operations, policies and budgets.
• Direct the revision of financial policies related to capital structure.
• Provide strategic advice on capital allocation, funding and investment decisions to executive management.
• Mentor senior and junior treasury specialists to achieve high‑quality operational results.
• Maintain relationships with banks, lenders and financial institutions and approve financing structures.
• Oversee strategic debt, credit facilities and investment decisions.
• Set direction for short‑term and long‑term money‑market investments and approve investment opportunities.
• Monitor investment portfolio performance and deliver strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance (CFA or master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in banking, finance or accounting with strong treasury focus.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, experience in multi‑site organizations.
