About the role
AUTO1 Group, founded in 2012 and Europe's leading car trading platform, is hiring a B2B Sales Agent for its headquarters in Tirana. The role covers the Albanian and Kosovo markets in the automotive sector, working by telephone in Albanian. It is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage a client portfolio through sales activities and communication by phone, email and other means.
- Prepare and manage reports supporting the Sales Department.
- Provide ongoing telephone support and consultation to clients to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
