Sales Employee – Recruitment Solutions

About the role

Xora Global Recruitment is looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Employee based in Tirana. The role engages prospective and existing clients, presents services and follows up on leads to build a steady pipeline of business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to clients by calls, emails and in-person meetings
• Prepare sales proposals
• Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM or tracking systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand service offerings and match customer needs to tailored recruitment solutions
• Contribute to sales targets and performance metrics
• Deliver professional customer service, take part in sales meetings and help improve sales processes

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability in sales, business development or customer-facing roles, ideally in recruitment, staffing or professional services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including confident presentation and active listening
• Comfort with client outreach and negotiation, with a results-oriented mindset
• Good organisational and time management skills, able to handle several leads and requests at once
• Ability to work on-site in Tirana and collaborate with colleagues
• Prior experience in sales, recruitment or customer service is preferred but not strictly required; training may be provided
• Relevant education in business, marketing, communications or a related field is an advantage
