Telephone Sales Consultant – Albania & Kosovo Automotive Market

About the role

We are looking for a B2B Sales Agent to develop the Albanian and Kosovo automotive markets through telephone sales. The role is based at our headquarters in Tirana and focuses on building strong relationships with professional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage a portfolio of automotive clients using phone, email and other communication channels.
• Conduct sales activities to generate new business and retain existing customers.
• Prepare and maintain reports that support the Sales Department’s performance tracking.
• Provide ongoing telephone support and consultation to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Albanian (and optionally English).
• Ability to manage client relationships and handle sales negotiations over the phone.
• Organisational skills for preparing accurate sales reports.
