Supply Chain BI Specialist

About the role

As a Supply Chain Business Intelligence Specialist you will turn complex data into actionable insights that support planning, manufacturing, logistics and production teams. You will design modern analytics solutions, build scalable data models and deliver high‑impact reporting tools that drive operational and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and analytical solutions for supply‑chain activities.
• Transform, cleanse and model data from multiple source systems into reusable datasets.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and reliability of KPIs, calculations and business rules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders across planning, manufacturing, logistics and production support to provide data‑driven insights.
• Promote reporting standards, data‑visualisation best practices and analytical methodologies.
• Drive optimisation, redesign and enhancement of reporting and analytics solutions.
• Identify new reporting initiatives and collaborate with data and IT teams on implementation.
• Document data models, datasets and reporting processes for sustainability and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Reporting.
• Autonomous, analytical and solution‑oriented with a continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused and highly organized.

Required skills

• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI (data modelling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design, performance optimisation).
• Expert‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with data transformation, cleansing and modelling.
• Ability to create intuitive, visually engaging and high‑performing dashboards.
