Online Data Analyst (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

As an Online Data Analyst you will perform structured quality audits on spatial and mapping datasets for the TELUS Digital AI Community. The work is fully remote and part‑time, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in Albania while supporting the accuracy of digital maps used by billions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms, search directories, and GIS‑standard evaluation tools.
• Evaluate and cross‑reference complex business, geographic, and cultural data entries against multiple authoritative sources.
• Perform root‑cause analysis when spatial data points conflict, documenting discrepancies with precise reasoning.
• Apply detailed evaluation frameworks consistently across dozens of geographic, business, and cultural data variations.
• Work across diverse task types such as Maps, News, Audio, and Relevance.
• Provide structured feedback to refine mapping algorithms and improve geographic intelligence.

Required profile

• Professional fluency in English and Albanian (native or near‑native).
• Residency in Albania for the last five consecutive years.
• Advanced analytical thinking and methodical problem‑solving ability.
• Deep regional, cultural, and geographic knowledge of Albania.
• Comfort with rigorous guideline interpretation and consistent framework application.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in analytical, technical, or research disciplines (strongly preferred).
• Stable internet connection and access to a personal computer.
