About the role

SiCRED, a leading life‑insurance provider in Albania, is looking for a Specialist Sales & Acquisition in Insurance to join the Sales Directorate. The role combines office‑based client portfolio management with field activities to attract new customers and promote the company’s insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing client portfolios both from the office and in the field.
• Identify and approach new prospects, presenting life, health and accident insurance solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to follow the sales process through to closing.
• Maintain and update the sales database regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports as required.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work both on‑site and in the field.
• Ability to promote products online and during client meetings.
• Strong analytical, communication and expressive skills.
• Energetic, positive and motivated to handle a demanding workload.
• Good command of English.
• Up to 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in field sales.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
