About the role

SiCRED, a life‑insurance company operating since 2003, is looking for a Specialist Sales and Acquisition in Insurance to join the Sales Directorate. The role combines office‑based and field activities to grow the client portfolio and support existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day activities for the existing client portfolio, both from the office and in the field.
• Identify and approach new prospects, present the company’s insurance products and convert leads into customers.
• Collaborate with other sales team members, following the sales process through to closing.
• Maintain and update the sales database with accurate information.
• Prepare daily, weekly or monthly reports as required by management.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics.
• Willingness to work both in the office and on the field.
• Ability to promote products online or during client meetings.
• Strong analytical, communication and expressive skills.
• Energetic, positive and motivated to handle workload.
• Good knowledge of basic computer applications (Excel, Word).
• Up to two years of relevant work experience; prior field sales experience is an advantage.
• Good command of English.
