Business Development Manager – International Recruitment

About the role

Trivial Chapter is expanding its European employer network and seeks experienced Business Development Managers to connect European companies with overseas manpower at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify European employers looking to recruit overseas workers.
• Generate genuine manpower demand and secure offer letters.
• Maintain employer relationships while Trivial Chapter handles immigration, documentation and candidate coordination.

Required profile

• Existing network of European employers or strong contacts in recruitment.
• Proven B2B business development or staffing experience.
• Ability to engage directly with owners, HR managers and decision‑makers.
• Experience generating bulk manpower requirements across construction, hospitality, agriculture, manufacturing or logistics.
• Strong negotiation, relationship‑management and professional communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to deliver measurable results from month one.

What we offer

• Base monthly salary ranging from €1,000 to €2,000 plus performance‑based incentives per offer letter.
• Commission‑only freelance option at €350 per successful candidate.
• Long‑term partnership with potential for salary revisions, larger territories and additional incentives based on results.
