About the role

The Insurance Sales and Acquisition Specialist will support SiCRED’s growth by managing existing client relationships and attracting new customers both in the office and on the field. The role involves presenting a portfolio of life, health, accident and savings‑linked insurance products.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the existing client portfolio from both office and field locations.
• Identify and approach new prospects, presenting SiCRED’s insurance solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow the sales process through to closing.
• Maintain and update the sales database regularly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports as required.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics or a related field (preferred).
• Willingness to work both in the office and on the field.
• Ability to promote products online and during client meetings.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, positive and motivated to handle workload.
• Good command of English.
• Up to 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in field sales.
