About the role

The Actuarial Department of SIGAL Insurance Group is looking for a Data Analysis Specialist to support monthly closing processes and ensure accurate reporting of premiums, claims and reinsurance data.

Key responsibilities

• Process, analyse and reconcile data for monthly closures, covering premiums, claims and reinsurance.
• Prepare periodic evidences and reports, guaranteeing data accuracy, coherence and timely database updates.
• Maintain and regularly clean the relevant actuarial databases.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for reporting.

Required profile

• University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Good understanding of insurance processes, especially premiums, claims, reinsurance and periodic reporting.
• Experience in the insurance sector, actuarial reporting or monthly closing is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of basic actuarial concepts, statistics and insurance data analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL or Python (advantage).
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
