Small Business Advisor – South Region

About the role

The Small Business Advisor will work in Tirana Bank’s Retail Division, focusing on the South Region (Vlore, Fier, Lushnje). Reporting to the Small Business Segment Manager and the Business Development District Manager, the role is centred on acquiring new SME customers, deepening relationships with existing clients, and driving the bank’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and propose new business opportunities within the South Region market.
• Arrange regular meetings with prospective and existing small business clients to understand their financing needs.
• Maintain systematic contact with customers according to a predefined action plan and business objectives.
• Provide periodic reports and recommendations to supervisors based on client interactions.
• Coordinate cross‑selling initiatives with other bank units.
• Prepare preliminary financial offers, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
• Develop high‑quality financing proposals in line with the bank’s policies and requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in banking, finance, or a related field dealing with small‑business clients.
• Strong understanding of SME needs and the ability to propose suitable banking products.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting acquisition and sales goals.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and other internal units.
