Service Delivery Specialist – PMS (Hospitality)

About the role

Join HRS’s global service delivery team to implement and support a portfolio of hospitality technology solutions across the Adriatic region. You will focus on Property Management System (PMS) products and related services, helping hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs achieve digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in support and implementation projects for hospitality clients.
• Handle inbound customer cases, triage and manage escalated issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new product releases and ensure smooth adoption.
• Liaise with subject‑matter experts to address client enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with support and implementation teams to exceed service level targets.
• Conduct user training sessions for client staff.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in support, installation or configuration of hospitality PMS products, or as a user of Opera PMS or similar.
• Experience with competitive hospitality solutions such as PMS, POS or spa systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively for extended periods.
• Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
