Service Delivery Specialist – PMS (Hospitality)

About the role

Join HRS’s global service delivery team to implement and support a portfolio of hospitality solutions across the Adriatic region. You will focus on Property Management System (PMS) products and related HRS offerings, helping hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs adopt digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Support and implement solutions for hospitality venues across the region.
• Handle customer cases, triage inbound requests and manage escalated issues.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new product releases and communicate changes.
• Liaise with subject‑matter experts to address client enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with support and implementation teams to exceed service‑level targets.
• Conduct user training sessions.
• Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in support, installation or configuration of hospitality PMS products or as a user of Opera PMS or similar.
• Experience with competitive hospitality solutions such as PMS, POS or spa systems.
• Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to travel extensively for extended periods.
• Fluent in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
