Senior SAP FI Consultant (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior SAP FI Consultant to lead finance module implementations and S/4HANA transformation projects for our enterprise clients. The role is based in Tirana with a hybrid work model, requiring fluent Italian and strong English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FI implementation, rollout, migration and support projects.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions.
• Configure and customise SAP FI components such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and Tax.
• Support S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives and ensure integration with SAP CO, MM, SD and other modules.
• Design functional specifications and work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements.
• Conduct system, integration and user acceptance testing, manage issue resolution and cut‑over activities.
• Deliver workshops, user training and documentation for Italian‑speaking clients.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote best‑practice knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of SAP FI consulting experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations.
• Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) and professional English (minimum B2).
• Proven ability to work in international consulting environments and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• SAP FI configuration and financial accounting processes.
