Senior Sales Executive – Tirana

About the role

Go Shipping is expanding its sales team in Tirana and seeks a Senior Sales Executive with strong B2B experience in logistics. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored transport solutions across sea, air, road, and integrated services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective B2B clients to create new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal development and commercial follow‑up.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams to design reliable, competitive transport solutions.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and expanding Go Shipping’s market share.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, transport or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of the Albanian market and an established professional network.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Albanian.
