Senior & Management Roles for Major Albania Project

About the role

We are recruiting senior and management professionals for a strategically important, large‑scale project in Albania. The positions cover technical design, architecture, planning, legal, finance, accounting, commercial and digital workplace functions.

Key responsibilities

• Senior Technical & Design Manager – lead technical design, coordinate engineering disciplines, ensure quality standards and manage stakeholders.
• Senior Architect – lead architectural design, coordinate technical disciplines and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Planning Manager – lead project planning, scheduling, resource forecasting, risk analysis and progress tracking.
• Legal Director – develop legal strategy, oversee contract management, corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
• Finance Planning & Analysis – lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis.
• Accounting Manager – oversee financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, internal controls and audit activities.
• Commercial Manager – drive commercial strategy, procurement, contracts and revenue growth.
• Digital Workplace Specialist – manage digital workplace solutions, collaboration platforms, user support and productivity initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong relevant experience in the respective discipline, preferably on large‑scale or international projects.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Delivery‑focused, collaborative approach and ability to work in a demanding multidisciplinary environment.
• Professional and technical credentials relevant to the position; for senior roles, experience managing multidisciplinary teams and major projects.

What we offer

• Salary range: ALL 218,000 – 916,000 gross per month.
• International candidates receive an all‑inclusive package covering accommodation and transportation.
