Architect

About the role

AGIKONS Sh.p.k, a 30‑year‑old construction company in Albania, is looking for a qualified Architect to join its team. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from concept design to construction execution, ensuring client requirements and regulatory standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, plan delivery schedules and supervise implementation during the construction phase.
• Interpret and apply current building codes, regulations and technical documentation.
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, material specifications and installation methods.
• Visit construction sites regularly to verify compliance with plans and approve materials.
• Coordinate with engineers, urban planners, contractors and other architects to ensure smooth project progression.

Required profile

• University degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant professional experience.
• Strong creative and innovative abilities with high artistic sense.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyse work processes and suggest improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Professional competence in 2D/3D modeling.
